The Action aims to strengthen the activities of the priority sectors of the National Strategy for Smart Specialization of the Region of Attica through the support of investment projects of existing, micro and small enterprises for their technological transformation, extroversion, upgrading of their products/services/activities, improvement and modernizations of their production methods.
The budget of the action amounts to 65.000.000,00€.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
An enterprise can apply for the Action if it meets the following conditions:
- Must have at least two (2) complete closed fiscal years prior to the date of online submission of the funding application.
- It must have an eligible – according to the Call for Proposals – Investment SIC.
- Be substantially active (Principal SIC or SIC with the highest revenues) for two (2) years in an eligible – according to the Call for Proposals – SIC.
- Have at least two (2) Annual Work Units in the calendar year preceding the date of submission of the funding application.
- Bearing the appropriate licensing document for the principal or the one with the highest revenue SIC.
- Commit to ensure that until the completion of the investment and depending on the type and nature of the operation, it will provide access for people with disabilities to the buildings, services and electronic environments of the company.

BUDGET AND IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD
- Minimum possible budget: 30.000,00€ / Maximum possible budget: 200.000,00€
- The duration of the Action is twenty-four (24) months from the date of publication of the Decision of Inclusion of each project.
- The evaluation method to be followed is the direct evaluation process (FiFo).
RATE OF AID
The aid rate for all investment projects is 50% of the subsidized budget and may be increased by:
- 10% if the investment project includes expenditure under the category “GREEN equipment” in the amount of at least 20% of the eligible budget,
- 5% if the investment is implemented in one of the Municipalities of Agistri, Aegina, Kythera, Poros, Salamina, Spetses, Trizinia – Methana, Hydra.
