The aim of the Action is to enhance the digital maturity of the country’s SMEs operating in a wide range of sectors of the economy. 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 

 

Beneficiaries must meet the following conditions:  

• Maintain an eligible Master SIC according to the Proclamation. 

• They must not have participated in Digital Tools (1st Round). 

• Operate legally with the appropriate licensing document.

SUPPLIERS 

The beneficiaries of the Action can purchase the subsidised digital services and products from the suppliers of their choice. Suppliers of digital products/services in Greece or in European Union Member States may freely offer their solutions for sale under the Action, provided that the following conditions apply: 

α) The supplier has submitted an Application for Participation in the Action which has been approved. 

β) The same or another supplier has submitted an Application for Approval of the digital product/service to be sold which has been accepted, and the product/service to be sold has already been included in the single register of approved digital products/services and is in force (approved). 

γ) During the transaction, the individual conditions and restrictions of the Action concerning the possible combinations of digital products/services (eligible solutions) and costs (eligibility rules for costs), the possible maximum limits set and the reasonableness of the costs are respected. 

δ) The validity of the voucher is confirmed, which is bound and/or cashed in accordance with the procedures of the Action. 

 

IMPLEMENTATION DURATION AND MILESTONES OF THE ACTION 

 

Round 1 

• Applications for funding can be submitted from Monday 16/12/2024 until Friday 03/01/2025 at 17:00. 

• Issuance and freezing of cheques from suppliers can take place from Monday 20/01/2025 to Friday 14/02/2025. 

• Cheques can be cashed (provided that the corresponding commitment has been made within the above period) up to Friday 28/02/2025. 

• The cooling off period for which only certain (exceptional) cases of voucher redemption are allowed is Friday 14/03/2025. 

 

Round 2 (only if there is a budget available per category of beneficiary) 

• Applications for funding can be submitted from Monday 17/02/2025 until Friday 07/03/2025 at 17:00. 

• Issuance and freezing of cheques from suppliers can take place from Monday 24/03/2025 to Friday 18/04/2025. 

• Cheques can be cashed (provided that the corresponding commitment has been made within the above period) up to Friday 02/05/2025. 

• The cooling off period for which only certain (exceptional) cases of voucher redemption are allowed is Friday 16/05/2025. 

 

Round 3 (only if there is a budget available per category of beneficiary) 

• Applications for funding can be submitted from Monday 22/04/2025 until Friday 09/05/2025 at 17:00. 

• Issuance and freezing of cheques from suppliers can take place from Monday 26/05/2025 to Friday 20/06/2025. 

• Cheques can be cashed (provided that the corresponding commitment has been made within the above period) up to Friday 30/06/2025. 

• The cooling off period for which only certain (exceptional) cases of voucher redemption are allowed is Friday 15/07/2025.
